Rates
During the preliminary phase, including an initial inspection of the property or, alternatively, an initial introductory and explanatory meeting about the work to be carried out (with a maximum duration of 3 hours), DekorPro3D will collect all the information needed to complete the work, without any charges or commitments for the client, within a distance to be agreed. If the client is interested in having work done by DekorPro3D, including interior design, cost estimates, and furnishings and décor, the rates shown in the table below will apply.

Over 109 square meters of surface, from a minimum of CHF 2429,80 VAT included (2381,20 EUR – VAT included) to a maximum to be established. In this case the exact amount will be communicated to the Client via e-mail following the preliminary phase.
With regard to interior design, including for kitchens, dining rooms, living rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, entrances, walk-in closets, dens, laundry rooms, studies, and any other spaces, DekorPro3D will prepare two design solutions based on the client’s specifications, taking into account the budget communicated during the preliminary phase and the desired style and outcome. The design process implements specific dedicated software after measurements have been taken by DekorPro3D or professionals which it appoints. At the end of this phase, the client will be sent an email with 3-5 jpg images of the spaces designed in 3D format, as well as the cost estimates for both variations of each space. The client will not be billed for these operations if they proceed to purchase the furnishings proposed for all of the designed spaces, subject to a prior cost estimate for said furnishings. For spaces which are designed without the purchase of any furnishings, the design cost will only be calculated once.
If the client decides to proceed with just the design without considering any purchase from the preliminary phase, no cost estimate will be prepared and the rates shown in the table above will apply for each design solution requested.
